These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Jaiflow (the "Service"), operated by Jaiflow Team. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Jaiflow is a digital self-care web application for daily mood check-ins, short reflection notes, breathing exercises, and decorating a relaxing virtual island. It is intended for personal wellbeing and relaxation only.
2. Not medical advice
Jaiflow is NOT a medical, diagnostic, counseling, therapy, or emergency service, and does not provide professional mental-health treatment. Nothing in the Service is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a mental-health professional immediately.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Provide accurate information. You must be old enough to use the Service under the laws of your country.
4. Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
5. Subscription & payments
Some features require a paid "Pro" subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Opn Payments / Omise) — initially via PromptPay. Prices are shown before purchase. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive, and do not harass other users through social or gifting features. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Your content
Your check-ins and journal notes belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to operate the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes & termination
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
